John William Harmston
Photographic Works
John William Harmston was a prolific English composer of the 19th century whose works are now only performed infrequently.
He was also an early exponent of the art of photography; a few of his photographs still exist.
There are few data sources available on his life or works and this site is intended
to be the most definitive. There are still many gaps which need to be filled and
anyone with any information is invited to submit it for potential inclusion.
